1. Cancellation terms: The following cancellation fees apply on firm orders.

        100% cancellation fee under 24 hours
        50% cancellation fee 7 days prior.
        25% cancellation fee 10 � 14 days prior.

2. Inquiries and confirmed bookings: Orders placed on Inquiry are not confirmed orders. Inquired orders must be confirmed as      soon as possible in order to secure particular space segment and time preferred. If space segment is not confirmed within
     25 hours in advance of desired time, it will be put back into inventory.

3. Adding a day of operation: We require at least 24-hours notice for additional days.

4. Extending hours of operation for a given day: We need notice immediately in order to book additional time by the hour.
     Hourly rates would apply. The daily rate includes an 8-hour day and above.

5. Modifications to firmed bookings: Any modifications to confirmed bookings are allowed, provided that the space is available.      Depending on the type of modification, some kind of cancellation fee may apply.

6. Canceling all operations for a given day: Personnel charges plus expenses will apply. However, charges for satellite system      and space segment will be waived unless under the required 24-hour notice. Anything under that timeframe would be a 100%      cancellation fee for the day.
